What time does the show start?

On both Saturday and Sunday, doors open at 12:00PM and the first artist will take the stage at 1:30PM!

Can I upgrade my GA ticket to a VIP ticket?

We will share a one time option to upgrade your ticket(s) as we get closer to the event, be on the lookout for an announcement soon!

Can I submit my band to play HeartSupport Fest?

Thank you for your interest. Unfortunately, our lineup is complete for our February 2023 festival.

Is HeartSupport Fest an all ages event?

Yes, HeartSupport Fest is an all ages event. If bringing children please consider the importance of ear protection! It's gonna get loud!

I'm bringing a child, will they be free?

Children under the age of 2 are free, all other guests are expected to purchase a ticket.

I'm a photographer, can I apply for a media pass?

Can I camp at the fairgrounds?

Camping is not permitted at the Central Florida Fairgrounds.

What is your cancellation policy?

“If your event is canceled, we’ll automatically refund the credit card used for purchase* (usually within 30 business days of the cancellation announcement).”
